Utopia Skincare Studio — No Show & Cancellation Policy
At Utopia Skincare Studio, your time is valued, and each appointment is reserved especially for you. As a solo esthetician, missed appointments or last-minute cancellations significantly impact my small business. To ensure fairness and allow others the opportunity to book, the following policies are in place
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may result in a $25 service fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be marked as a No Show and will be charged $25 of the scheduled service.
Card on File
To secure your appointment, a valid card on file is required. Charges will only be applied in accordance with this policy.
Life Happens
I understand that emergencies can occur. Please don’t hesitate to reach out as soon as possible so we can work together respectfully.
Rebooking After a No Show
To rebook after a missed appointment, the previous No Show fee must be paid in full and prepayment may be required for future bookings.
